How long does delivery take?
Delivery time includes 2–3 business days for processing and 2–8 business days for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the shipping status at any time.
How much does shipping cost?

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in original packaging and condition. For detailed return information, please see our refund policy .
What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us immediately at hello@ezeyor.com with a description and photos of the problem. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you would like to make changes or cancel your order. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to check the current status of your delivery at any time.
Do you also deliver internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to Germany and within the United Kingdom .
